Custom made corner tv caninet for HDTV: Stages

Challenging cabinets are my speciality, so I was delighted to make this unusually shaped tv cabinet for a customer in Brentwood. I started off with the making of the top.

From there I could get the overall size and shape of the cabinet.

With the carcass made, it was time to make the shelves.

The cabinet is coming along nicely, with the shelves in place.

It then needs cutouts at the back to allow for cables. Rounding off the cut outs to insure cable safety.

Making sure the top fits nicely, time to make the doors.

Doors assembled and hung, all it needs now is to add the plynth and a coat of gloss.

With it painted, all that was left was to fit the cabinet….

Job done.
